From the moment we are born, each
of us, unconsciously or not, constructs a perceptual filter. In this way, we
perceive reality according to our own inherited or self-elaborated references.
This is what this polychrome work represents, sculpted around a frame supported by the hues of life by Johanne Beaulieu, a painter. Each of the characters represents landmarks inherited or developed by oneself in order to nourish our uniqueness.
And finally, death is the end of the individual framework but also of the elusive anxiety of the aftermath that darkens our vision, our illusory idea of this endless world.
